How to order?

Orders for translation/ interpreting services may be placed via phone 501 047 395, Mondays-Fridays, 9:00 a.m. – 6 p.m. In the course of the conversation we will try to provide you with comprehensive answers to any questions you may pose. If you decide to engage in business with our company, you can place an order using one of the following methods:

E-mail

In order to unify ordering procedures that will facilitate our mutual operation on particular projects, we kindly ask you to download the order form for  pdf | word translation or pdf | word interpreting, fill it in, sign it, giving full data of the Orderer (including the tax registration number NIP) then email us back as an attachment to: tomasz.stelmach@glosator.com.pl.  Our inbox is checked automatically every 5 minutes, Mondays-Fridays, 9:00 a.m. – 6 p.m. If the order is placed out of this timeframe would you please confirm at: 0 501 047 395.

Fax

In order to unify ordering procedures that will facilitate our mutual operation on particular projects, we kindly ask you to download the order form for  pdf | word translation or pdf | word interpreting, fill it in, sign it, stamp it with a seal including a visible tax registration number NIP and fax us back at (022) 397 44 20. The fax machine is checked every 30 minutes, Mondays-Fridays, 9:00 a.m. – 6 p.m. If the order is placed out of this timeframe would you please confirm by ringing at 0 501 047 395.

In the case of translation works, once the order has been placed, we kindly ask you to send files to be translated via fax or e-mail or, if unavailable, they will be taken from the site you define by one of our employees.

Method of recovering the materials?

On the deadline, the translation work will be delivered to you in the following way:

E-mail or fax

Assignments you have e-mailed are sent back in the same way. Printouts of the translation works may be faxed to a given number upon request..

Messenger delivery

All translation works requiring paper form (e.g. certified translations) or recording onto a carrier (floppy disk, CD) are delivered free of charge by the messenger company or by one of our employees, if available.
